The pledge is simple! If for some reason your fish does not arrive alive upon receiving shipment, reimbursement of exact fish costs amount will be made but the following conditions apply :-

1. A quality photographic evidence must be emailed to us within 24 hrs . we will not be responsible or no claims are made for any fish mortality after the fish are released into your fish tank. Deaths occur within several days after shipping are not covered by Discus Sanctuary.
   
   
2. We are not responsible for any cost that incurred in the event of refusal of shipment , delay or change of flight. Refusal of delivery for any reason voids any and all claims by the purchaser. If a delivery is refused for any reason, including not being present to accept delivery, or refusing a delivery that arrives late, the customer will be liable for the full cost of the invoice, including return freight charges.
   
   
3. Prices, quantities, fish varieties are subject to availability and subject to change without prior notice.
   
   
4. Any reimbursement will be in terms of fish or credit note. Under no circumstances will shipping costs be refunded. Discus Sanctuary reserves the right to refuse to those parties that have made unsubstantiated on arrival claims.
   
   
5. Cancellation of the scheduled shipment shall not entitle the customer to any refunds, but it can be brought forward to the next shipment.
   
   
6. We only reserve the fish (after payment) for any booking for a maximum 10 days. After which, the price & stock might be reviewed. For postponement of delivery schedule by the customer's request shall entitle to Discus Sanctuary to impose a 10% surcharge base on the total payment received. If no notice is given, shipment shall subject the customer to have the payments be brought forward.
   
   
7. In the event of flight cancellation or postpone, new agreed delivery date will be rescheduled.
   

SHIPPING

The prices of Discus do not include shipping cost. The total cost include the actual freight charge & packing charge.

We do not make profit from freight, packing and handling fees. Flight will be booked upon confirmation in receiving Paypal account or Telegraph Transfer credited to the bank account below. Document (airway bill, invoice, etc..) will be sent to you prior to the arrival of the shipment
